The laneways of Melbourne are filled with bars, restaurants and art galleries, pulsing with conversation and cultural treasures waiting to be discovered. These laneways weave over the city like veins fueling the beating heart of Melbourne. We are thrilled to announce the launch of Postal Lane Markets, a curation of Australian makers, creators, live music and performance, delicious bites and celebratory sips in one of Melbourne’s most iconic laneways.
We are inviting all brands, makers and creators to register their interest to be a part of the markets which will run from the third weekend of November 2021 to the end of January 2022. The markets will take place every Friday from 4-8pm and Saturdays and Sundays from noon – 7pm. Located on Postal Lane at Melbourne’s GPO, Postal Lane Markets will bring energy and atmosphere to empty tenancies along each laneway, giving small Australian businesses a place to flaunt their craft amongst one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping districts to reignite the bustling CBD with creativity and heart.

Friday
Friday evenings will be dedicated to Melbourne foodies and producers. Think cheeses, jams, sweets, sauces, condiments, gourmet delicacies, artisanal bread and pastries and other yummy things! Friday nights will be exclusively located in the Postal Lane area, situated amongst our bar with limited competition.
Saturday/Sunday
Saturday and Sunday will stretch through Postal Lane of Melbourne’s GPO. We are looking for jewellery, accessories, candles, skincare, gifts, stationery, fashion, art, plants, gourmet delights and other incredible creations.
